These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Guidance platform and website operated by Guidance ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the Platform

Guidance grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal business operations. You may not sublicense, resell, or transfer access to the platform to any third party.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, or to transmit any harmful or malicious code.

Intellectual Property

The Guidance platform, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by Guidance and protected by intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property. We claim no ownership over data you input into the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guidance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. We will provide you with a reasonable opportunity to export your data.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
